If you are interested in setting up a customer account with Robert Madden Industries, please download and complete either a Credit Application or a Cash Application. Completed applications can be emailed to credit@rmadden.com or dropped off at your local branch.

If you are interested in becoming a registered dealer of Carrier, Bryant, Payne, or Day & Night equipment, please download and complete our Dealer Interest Form. Completed forms can be emailed to salesmanagers@rmadden.com.
